Tip Number 7 Set realistic goals. Find out your ideal weight. More then 6 pounds a week might be too much. Don’t forget to talk to your doctor before you start any diet.

Tip Number 8 Sleep . To be an efficient weight-burning machine, you need at least eight hours of sleep a night. Your not doing yourself a favor by sleeping less. Give your body time to rest itself, both mentally and physically.

Tip Number 9 Drink at lease 6 glasses of water a day. It will help you eliminate better and will also make you feel fuller.
